Africa-Press – Angola. The trial of Manuel Hélder Vieira Dias “Kopelipa” and Leopoldino Fragoso do Nascimento “Dino”, at the Supreme Court, may be, as of next Tuesday, the 2nd, just two procedural acts away from knowing their sentence.
In the trial session scheduled for Tuesday, presiding judge Anabela Valente may set the date for the hearing of the former director of Delta Imobiliária, Paulo Cascão, the last deponent to be heard in court via video conference from Portugal, if the judge of the Supreme Court of that country agrees, responding positively to the letter rogatory sent to Lisbon by Joel Leonardo, then president of the Angolan counterpart Court, to hear that Portuguese citizen.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office’s accusation alleges that Delta Imobiliária is owned by “Kopelipa” and “Dino”, and Paulo Cascão was the administrator.
