Africa-Press – Angola. The provincial secretary of UNITA in Uíge, Félix Simão Lucas, urged this Saturday, at the capital of the province, his staff, activists and supporters to strengthen internal unity and cohesion, aiming to meet the challenges of the present and the future.
Félix Simão Lucas, who spoke at the closing of the political year, explained that only together will it be possible to achieve the objectives set.
Therefore, he considered it important that the end of the political year serves as a reflection on UNITA’s performance in Uíge.
Regarding the political year 2023, he said that it was marked by ups and downs, highlighting the expansion of the bases, a situation that facilitated permanent contact with the population and the entry of new activists.
During his intervention, the politician criticized the rise in the price of food, service in health units, insufficient classrooms and the need to improve the connection between the capital of the province and other municipalities.
