Africa-Press – Angola. The UNITA parliamentary group held this Saturday, in Viana, Luanda, a seminar on the proposal for the General State Budget (OGE), with a view to training its deputies, aiming at a better interaction in the National Assembly.

At the opening of the event, UNITA’s first parliamentary vice-president, Albertina Navita Ngolo Felisberto, said that the participants will analyze the OGE for the year 2023 in terms of its principles and rules, as well as the way it was prepared by the Angolan Executive. .

The parliamentarian stressed that the deputies, advisers, assistants and employees will deepen analyzes on budget allocations in terms of revenues and expenses, by economic nature.

During the seminar, the topics “Principles and rules for preparing the OGE and its priorities”, “Overview on the allocation of resources of the OGE-2023: perspectives of revenues and expenses by functions, sectors, bodies by territory, programs and projects of public investment”.

“The weight of public debt in the OGE 2023 and its inter-generational impact” was also part of the set of topics addressed.

The seminar is attended by, in addition to the first parliamentary vice-president, Albertina Navita Ngolo Felisberto, the second vice-president of UNITA, Américo Colonha Chivukuvuko, its fourth vice-president, Olívio Quilumbo, the Vice-president, Simão Albino Dembos, among others.
