Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Development and Assistance Resources Agency (ADRA) considers that Cabo Verde has all the conditions to become the 23rd member country on the agency’s platform, the Seventh-day Adventist Church announced Monday.

The information is announced on the Church’s social page, after a meeting held on Sunday in Praia, between the Cabo Verde ADRA Commission and the Agency international mission, chaired by the director of the division, Pastor Emanuel Kossi Dodzi, and the Team Leader in Cabo Verde, Andreia dos Anjos.

According to Pastor Natalino quoted on the Adventist Church’s social page, the arrival of ADRA represents a “historic milestone” for Cabo Verde, particularly for Adventists.

In this context, the meeting, which concluded that Cabo Verde meets conditions to become the 23rd member country of the ADRA platform, also stipulated a period of 30 days for the solemn act for the Agency’s inauguration in the archipelago, which will be attended by representatives from ADRA Portugal, Brazil and West Africa.
