In this regard, he added that the company has received complaints about lack of water in some areas, but these are often loss situations.
Nilton Duarte added that this issue is being resolved with some interventions, within the scope of the water efficiency program that this company has underway in the Capital, which essentially aims to replace several sections of obsolete pipelines.
He continued that there are still some ruptures, but the ADS teams are working not only to replace several sections in some areas, but they are also working every day to improve this sector.
Asked about the water bill that customers have been complaining about, that even without water in the taps they receive the same amount every month for payment, this person in charge stated that this does not correspond to the truth, asserting that the bill reaches customers’ homes accordingly. with consumption.
“The meters are the ones who measure the water that arrives at customers’ homes,” he said, reinforcing that if there is indeed a bill that the customer considers excessive, the customer should always complain to ADS agencies and commercial stores.
It continued, in this sense, that commercial service technicians are always available to investigate and check whether the meter is working in the best possible way and whether it is in good condition.
