Africa-Press – Cape verde. Today, 15 July, is World Youth Skills Day. Ayrton da Silva , affectionately known as D-Black, is a young man with several talents, who embodies the concept that this date addresses. From drawing, to music, through dimensions of the complex and innovative audiovisual field, including 3D, the story of this young man is worth telling.
Living in the Achada de Santo António neighborhood, Praia, Santiago, Ayrton developed, since childhood, several skills, where he gives wings to creativity.
Artistic drawings, such as portraits, musical compositions and even a hip hop dancer are some of his valences. But it is in the audiovisual field that he performs professionally as a multimedia technician.
“Most of my talents transgress the audiovisual barrier, I make both artistic and portrait drawings, I’m a music producer with several EP’s, I make my compositions and sing, I was a hip hop dancer a few years ago, where I participated and won several competitions. Within the audiovisual I perform the functions of production director, cameraman, editor and motion designer, colorist and everything that challenges me”, he reveals.
Hollywood or Universal Studios At the age of 27, Ayrton da Silva has a bigger dream, as a multimedia technician, of “being able to work with big names in the world of cinema, or big studios like Hollywood and Universal”.
In this way, he assures that working in this area is “very pleasant”, because he does what he likes and where “there are no limitations for creativity”.
“Because you can imagine everything, even the absurd and, even so, manage to transform it into something audiovisual”, he explains. Ayrton da Silva recognizes his artistic and professional potential and has a future perspective to achieve his biggest dream.
“I want to learn how to do computer graphics… Imagine shooting a scene inside a studio and then creating a whole place in 3D, like in the movies, where most of the scenes are done in the studios, then cities, deserts, temples, etc. are created. ,” he says enthusiastically.
As a young man of various abilities and who does not give up on his dreams, Ayrton da Silva always has a message of encouragement in his mind, said by a cousin: “When the road is tough, only the tough continue, so it is necessary to invest in knowledge, produce with what we have, where we are, because straight roads do not produce good drivers”.
