Africa-Press – Cape verde. The national football team play today, at 3pm, at the Pinatar Arena in the city of Murcia (Spain), against the counterpart of Liechtenstein in its second private game in Europe.
According to the Cabo Verdean Football Federation (FCF), the national team arrived on the morning Thursday, the 24th, to the university city in Southeastern Spain, without six players who played in the 2-0 victory over Guadeloupe.
“Ryan Mendes, Stopira, Garry Rodrigues, Sixten Mohlin, Patrick Andrade and Steve Furtado have been sent out from work and have returned to their respective clubs,” FCF said, adding that Kristopher da Graça and Alessio da Cruz were dismissed due to injury picked up during game on their respective clubs.
However, the same source reported that internationals Gilson Tavares, Vasco Lopes, Claúdio Tavares, Iuri Tavares, Kevin Pina, Leandro Andrade, Jamiro Monteiro and Steven Pereira joined the working group.
