Africa-Press – Cape verde. Cape Verdean football coach Pedro Bubista released this Friday the list of 24 players for the matches against Egypt and Mauritania, in the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). Of the 24 players called up, the returns of Josimar Dias ‘Vozinha’, Dylan Tavares, Patrick Andrade and Garry Rodrigues stand out.
According to the Cape Verdean Football Federation (FCF), the National Team will play the fifth and sixth round of qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) in Morocco on 15 and 19 November.
The Blue Sharks will play on the 15th of this month, for the fifth round of group C, against the Egyptian national team, in the match that will be played at the National Stadium, in Praia, at 3:00 pm.
For the sixth and final round, which will be on the 19th of this month, the match against Mauritania will be played at the Cheikha Ould Boidiya Stadium, in Nouakchott, at 3:00 pm local time (2:00 pm in CV).
The technical team led by Pedro Bubista called up 24 players who will start the training camp on Monday, the 11th, in Praia.
