Africa-Press – Cape verde. Until the 10th of February, a group of Egyptian doctors is in Santa Cruz, on a solidarity mission, carrying out free consultations with the population.
Doctors are conducting consultations in ophthalmology, gynecology, physiotherapy and dentistry.
These are specialties that, often, the population cannot access in the public health system, being uncovered.
During today the doctors visit the town of Monte Negro, carrying out consultations, lectures and delivery of glasses.
This mission is part of the protocol between the City Council of Santa Cruz and the Coptic Orthodox Church.
