Africa-Press – Cape verde. The documentary “Cape Verde – a safe harbor for seabirds” will be presented next Thursday at the Padre Pio Gottin auditorium, in the city of São Filipe, Fogo Island.
Made within the scope of the Cape Verde Seabird Conservation project by Association Projeto Vitó in partnership with Biosfera, the documentary was funded by the MAVA Foundation and was produced by Ocidental Filmes.
The objective is to demonstrate the value of Cape Verde as an important ‘hotspot’ for the conservation of seabirds, as well as all the conservation and research efforts carried out within the scope of the project.
As it is one of the first wildlife documentaries in Cape Verde, the promoters intend to carry out its official presentation at national level.
