Africa-Press – Cape verde. The 24 houses of the Casa para Todos housing complex in the Fonte Aleixo/Cobom neighborhood, owned by the Land Real Estate Habitat (IFH), at advanced construction stage, will be completed within three months.
For its completion the Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Planning and Housing, through its Directorate-General for Planning, Budget and Management launched a restricted bid inviting local companies to submit proposals for the construction of the apartment in the Fonte Aleixo / Cobom neighborhood, neighbouring suburbs of São Filipe, whose proposals were opened last Monday, the 23rd.
The information was forwarded to Inforpress by a technician from one of the companies invited to submit proposals, stressing that the companies selected to complete the work are not yet known.
The completion of the houses comes about three years after the Court of São Filipe notified a group of families who, in March 2018, had taken over the 24 apartments in the complex.
