Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Paul District Court ordered that an 18-year-old man, suspected of attempted robbery and theft, be periodically reported to the authorities and prohibited from leaving the residence from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am.
According to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the man was arrested outside of the crime, as part of the investigation of an instruction report registered with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the District of Paul, on March 12, 2024.
At issue are facts likely to include, for now, the practice of the crimes of robbery and theft in the attempted form.
Once the detainee was arrested and subjected to the first judicial interrogation, as requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, coercive measures were applied to the defendant, periodic presentation to the authorities and prohibition on leaving the residence from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am.
The aforementioned process, which remains under investigation, remains under judicial secrecy.
