Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Porto Novo City Council announced this Tuesday, the 27th, a new package of professional training in the municipality of Porto Novo, which starts in September.
According to the councilor in charge of professional training, Valter Silva, there has already been a meeting with the management of the Santo Antão Employment and Professional Training Center in which a new range of professional training has been defined which will start within three months.
The courses are fully funded by the Government of Cabo Verde, including transport and accommodation for trainees from the interior of the municipality of Porto Novo.
Basic agricultural activities (level II), low voltage electrical installation (level IV), plumbing and building installation (level III) are some of the training courses planned.
