Africa-Press – Cape verde. The President of the Republic, José Maria Neves, presides tonight at the VIII Business Gala of the Chamber of Commerce of Sotavento (CCS) in one of the hotels in the city of Praia. The event marks the 27 years of CCS.
The gala, according to the promoters, intends to praise the history of associations and the need to strengthen the ties of union and cohesion within the business class, in addition to promoting a favorable environment for business in the country.
According to a press release, the presence of the President of the Republic at the event shows the importance that the Head of State attaches to the business fabric as one of the driving forces of development that is intended to be sustainable and inclusive in Cape Verde.
