A presidential decree ended the service commission of Marisa Helena do Nascimento Morais, as legal advisor to the President of the Republic, according to Inforpress.The information is contained in the Official Bulletin, second series, number 2, published on Wednesday, 03, following presidential decree no10/2023 of December 29, 2023.
“In accordance with paragraph 3 of article 42, of Law no13/VII/2007 of 2 July, which approves the Organization of the Presidency of the Republic, and by delegation of the President of the Republic, the service commission of Marisa Helena do Nascimento Morais in the position of advisor to the President of the Republic”, reads the document, which, however, does not provide the reasons for this dismissal.
The former Minister of Justice and Internal Administration has worked since May 2022 with the Head of State.
