Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Gimno Desportivo Vavá Duarte, in Cidade da Praia, hosted, last weekend, the first and second rounds of the second edition of the Inter-islands Futsal tournament, for residents of the country’s capital.
The results are advanced by the organization, the Núcleo de Futsal in Santiago Sul, a branch of the movement “Together for the officialization of futsal in Cape Verde”.
The tournament is organized into three groups of three teams and the first place in each group and the best second place in the three groups advance to the semi-finals. The group stage is made up of two rounds, the semi-finals and final will be played in one leg.
Group A has teams from Santiago, Brava and Maio, group B with teams from Santo Antão, São Vicente and São Nicolau and group C with teams from Sal, Boavista and Fogo.
