Totoloto'S First Prize Reaches 50 Million Escudos

Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Red Cross Gaming House reported today that the Totoloto first prize has reached the maximum limit of 50 million escudos, after five months of accumulation.

As explained by the Red Cross, the regulations establish that this amount now enters “Flow Down”, which implies that the amount of the first prize remains fixed at 50 million escudos, while the excess amount will be transferred to the second prize.

If there is no winner of the second prize, the amount will be transferred to the third prize, and, in the absence of hits, it will go to the fourth prize.

The same source says that this Flow Down system can last up to four weeks without hits for the first prize, which allows the second prize to increase.

If the Jackpot persists until the fifth week, the total accumulated amount will be redirected to the second prize, a process known as “Roll Down”. If there is no winner of the second prize, the amounts will be carried over to the subsequent categories.
