Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Tourism Fund will provide 8 million escudos for the holding of the VIII edition of the Atlantic Music Expo (AME), scheduled for the month of June, in Praia and Mindelo, as a result of a partnership with the organizer of this cultural event.

This funding is the result of a contract signed this Friday, April 1, between the Ministry of Tourism and Transport (MTT) and the Cabo Verde Cultural Association, the entity responsible for organizing the AME”.

This partnership represents, according to the vice-president of the Cabo Verde Cultural Association, Augusto Veiga, a “rebirth of hope for the music sector, for national companies that organize this event and for those that provide services”.
