Africa-Press – Cape verde. As part of the commemorations of the 56th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Cape Verde, on February 18th, at national level, the V Edition of the Armed Forces Race will be held.
The 5th edition of the Corrida das Forças Armadas takes place nationwide, in the three military regions of the country, on the islands of São Vicente, Sal and Santiago. It takes place on the 18th of February, coinciding with the International Day of Military Sports, an event that is celebrated on this date.
The concentration is at 8:00 am and starts at 9:00 am, in the categories: Military, Senior Male and Female, Junior Male and Female, Veterans Male and Female and Paralympics. Registration is now open.

The Concentration/Departure and Finish at Praia da Laginha, and registration is now open at the Command of the First Military Region.
