Africa-Press – Eritrea. Eder Militao’s own goal led Barcelona to a narrow win over Real Madrid in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal on Thursday. Militao’s inadvertent strike in the 26th minute gave Barca the lead in the match at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid.
Neither side was able to produce a goal in the second half so the game ended 1-0, in favor of Barcelona. The second leg will be played at the Camp Nou on April 5.
Meanwhile, Osasuna earned a 1-0 win against Athletic Bilbao Wednesday in another Copa del Rey semifinal clash. Abdessamad Ezzalzouli scored the winner at Estadio El Sadar.
