Africa-Press – Eritrea. Training on administration and leadership was provided to 225 sub-zonal and area administrators, as well as heads of the PFDJ in Anseba Region, from 6 to 15 September.
The training covered concepts of government and administration, law, ethics and administration, productivity, land, water and environmental management, resource management guidelines, the significance of organization and integrated work, as well as other related topics.
The objective of the training was to enhance the capacity of sub-zonal and area administrators and PFDJ heads, enabling them to provide effective and timely service to the public.
Participants stated that the training significantly contributed to upgrading their understanding, exchanging experiences among one another, and improving their ability to deliver services to the public.
Col. Kibrom Nirayo, Director General of Administration and Finance in the region, urged the trainees to practically apply the knowledge they gained in order to provide effective and timely service to the people.
The closing event of the training on 15 September was attended by Brig. Gen. Tekle Libsu, Commander of the Popular Forces, along with other dignitaries from the region.
