Africa-Press – Eritrea. The Malian Football Federation (FEMAFOOT), with key support from FIFA, will launch the third edition of the Women’s Football Festival on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
This flagship event aims to actively promote and strengthen the practice of sport among young Malian women.
More than 300 participants, aged 8 to 15, are expected at the Mamadou Konaté Stadium.
The day will be entirely dedicated to sport, but also to the education and personal development of future female footballers.
The program has been designed to create a positive atmosphere, focused on encouraging self-confidence, inclusion, and the development of these young talents.
After being hosted in Bougouni in 2021 and Kati in 2024, it is now the turn of the capital, Bamako, to host this major annual celebration of women’s soccer.
The event promises to be a real boost for the development of women’s soccer in Mali.
