Africa-Press – Eswatini. The country’s top bodybuilder Arnaldo Barbosa has been invited to South Africa’s biggest bodybuilding stage, the PCA SA Championships.
The PCA is the Physical Culture Association and Barbosa has also been included on the event posters among four other fitness specialists from that country.
The PCA South African Championships slated for Durbanville HS Auditorium in Cape Town will also serve as a qualifier for the world championships later this year.
“Congratulations, you have been awarded to move directly to the PCA South African Championships in Cape Town on September 10, to compete against Africa’s very best on the day.
“Once again a massive congratulations on making the cut for this prestigious event which could hold pro selections to compete in the PCA World Championships to be held in Birmingham, United Kingdom on November 22,” read part of the invitation from PCA SA.
Barbosa is no stranger to such big events and has achieved countless podium finishes even at World Championships.
“Well, I’m looking forward to this event.
“I did my best in terms of training and diet and still worked hard with the aim to lift the country’s flag at the world stage. I’m not going there just to show up but to also leave a mark,” Barbosa said.
