Africa-Press – Eswatini. Police National Commissioner William Tsintsibala Dlamini crossed to Mozambique for alleged rituals.
Dlamini was driving in a white Toyota GD6 registered DSD 293 DH, he returned to the country at around 1716hours via Mhlumeni border post on Tuesday.
A questionnaire was sent to the National Commissioner, however, he had not responded at time of compiling this report.
Evidence in our possession suggests that the National Commissioner who is now over seventy(70) years old, was accompanied by a female, Doreen Zwane.
