Africa-Press – Eswatini. President Vladimir Putin is coming to South Africa to attend the highly anticipated Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa(BRICS) Summit, the Mail and Guardian reported on Thursday morning.
According to the report, during a high level negotiations between South Africa and Russia, Moscow is said to have called Pretoria’s bluff and insisted its president will attend the summit
The South African government has received the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, and they are obligated to act on the warrant.
