Africa-Press – Eswatini. Nkonyeni Pre-Cast Limited Chairperson France Pienaar says they are confident in their plan that it will be successful and bring significant returns.
Pienaar was responding to the question of how potential investors could trust his company with their money. In his response, he said even though there were no guarantees in life, they have been extremely cautious and conservative in their approach and modelling.

He said they would re-invest all the money they raise through the Initial Public Offering (IPO) directly back into the business as capital to strengthen the company. “We forfeit / swop some of our shares for the cash that goes back into the business to make it stronger and unlock the potential that we believe in. That is how confident we are that it is worth it and it will bring significant returns,” he said. The chairperson further explained about himself as a businessman rooted in Eswatini. He said: “I am a liSwati citizen, who moved to Eswatini in 2004 and made it my permanent home.

“I live at Nkonyeni Golf Estate since 2007. My wife and I were blessed by His Majesty with Citizenship in 2013 and some of our children and grandchildren live here with us and are part of NPC. A privilege indeed.” He said in addition to NPC they had some other business interests around Nkonyeni and Sidvokodvo. Pienaar said he came to Eswatini in 2004 when he joined Inyatsi Construction. He said during his remarkable journey with Inyatsi, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a modest E100 million enterprises to a multinational powerhouse operating across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a workforce of 3 500 employees and an annual revenue exceeding E1.7 billion. “I am driven by a commitment to inspiring positive change and propelling development through forward-thinking and strategic decision-making. I am a catalyst for progress, committed to driving growth, innovation, and sustainable development for the benefit of all stakeholders,” he said.
Challenge
The chairperson said beyond his role at NPC Limited, he actively contributed to several local Boards in Eswatini, including The Luke Commission (TLC), Royal Eswatini Airways, Partners in Action (USA), and Nkonyeni Homeowners Association. Additionally, I serve as an advisor to Challenge Ministries Eswatini.
