Meanwhile, the Managing Director of Treetops, Lungile Dlamini, shared the history of their relationship with 4Eva Cycling Club. “McNamara approached me in 2021 and requested to use the dilapidated place, having liked the road. He was the first person to see the potential of the resort that had closed down during the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m trying to say that the partnership goes back and has been fruitful,” Dlamini said. Eswatini Cycling Association (ECA) President Sifiso ‘Zwide’ Ndwandwe showed gratitude to Treetops Game Resort for the sponsorship. “As the sport’s governing body, we would like to appreciate the generous sponsorship from Treetops Game Resort. The partnership between the establishment and this event has been nothing short of inspiring, as we have watched both the place and the event grow in tandem,” Ndwandwe said.
The president further applauded the 4Eva Cycling Club for their great work in improving the sport and the support in every cycling event. “I would also like, in particular, to commend 4Eva Cycling for the work they continue to do in developing the sport and the support they continue to show for every other cycling event in the country”, the ESA president added.
