According to sources close to the matter, players from Nsingizini Hotspurs have recently received their bonus for winning the MoMo Cup. The Nhlangano-based players received their fair share on Friday, following their victory over Mbabane Swallows in the finals. The match, which took place on October 8 at Mavuso Sports Centre, ended in a 1-all draw in regulation time and was eventually decided by a penalty shootout, with Nsingizini Hotspurs emerging as the winners with a score of 5-2. This year’s victory marks the second consecutive win for Nsingizini Hotspurs in the MoMo Cup. In the previous year, they defeated Moneni Pirates with a score of 2-1 to claim the title. The winning prize money for both years is E1.2 million. The team’s Public Relations Officer, Sibusiso ‘Mnotfo’ Dlamini, confirmed the recent developments and expressed his pride in the team’s performance.
