Africa-Press – Eswatini. SLS Construction has been earmarked for the rehabilitation of roof covering at HO’S Enterprise in Nhlangano.
According to the notice published in the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA) website, the proposed contract for the said tender is E 1 431 670.71. Following a competitive bidding process, SLS Construction came out as the best evaluated tenderer scoring 86 per cent to beat Dukai Construction and Ultra Civils Construction that scored 80 and 60 per cent respectively.
Contract
It must be noted that, in terms of section 45(2) of the act, the above contract award decision does not constitute a contract. Further, in terms of section 45(4), 46 and 47 of the Act, all tenderers who submitted bids are hereby notified that a period of 10 working days is hereby allowed for submission of any application for review from the above stated date of first publication of this notice.
