Africa-Press – Eswatini. FUN weekends with international acts in Eswatini are slowly but surely becoming a hit. Last weekend Emaswati jammed to Makhadzi and packed Solani’s Shisanyama, despite the mayhem caused by hooligans.
On the very same weekend, Sunday to be precise, fun lovers were serenaded by Amapiano vocalist Musa Keys at the Malkerns Country Club. Emaswati this weekend, will again see their most loved artists DJ Tira at Ekhayeni Chillas and Sjava at Solani’s Shisanyama.
This is according to different press statements forwarded to the Entertainment Desk yesterday.
DJ Tira’s show will be supported by local acts such as DJ MBO, Menzi, Njebza, Young Yas and the spot’s resident DJs.
The entry fee is E 100. While Sjava show , to be held on Saturday, will be supported by Sita, Hactic, DJ Ayacity, Dopedeep, Shepard Brothers, Trend Twins, Sbu De Drum DJ, KB DA DJ, Twins of a Kind, Tempo and Lady Zee.
The entry fee is E120. Both artists are not new to Eswatini as they have been hosted by different event organisers before.
They have packed different venues respectively. DJ Tira, who has added zest to his performances by incorporating the Amadada Dance Crew to his stable, last performed in the country in 2020 at The Xchange in Manzini. Prior to that, the DJ performed at the Eswatini Bank Cup where he shared a light moment with His Majesty King Mswati III.
Many times, DJ Tira has declared his undying love for the country and since then, he performs annually and also hosts his birthday tour here. Sjava was supposed to make his second performance last year at Standard Bank Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival.
However, he and other South African artists boycotted the festival due to the political issues at that time.
