Africa-Press – Eswatini. Clement Dlamini, a businessman from Mbabane, teaches a principle that has shaped both his life and business journey, your salary is not meant to be eaten like fruit, it is a seed meant to be planted, nurtured, and grown.
He explains that the wealthy use their income to create assets, businesses, skills, and opportunities that generate lasting wealth, while many fall into the trap of consuming their salary on appearances and short term satisfaction.
His teaching is rooted in a powerful personal story. On his first day at university, Clement became the first person in his family, on both his mothers and fathers sides, to reach that milestone. The journey had not been easy. After losing his parents in his early teens, he struggled through high school, paying his own tuition but eventually failing Form 5. He almost gave up. Instead, he worked as a security guard for four years, saving his earnings. In 2018, he used his savings to pay for upgrading, passed, and later earned a scholarship that gave him the chance to pursue higher education.
He went on to study Information Technology at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, graduating in 2022. Immediately after completing his degree, he launched his own business aligned with his professional qualifications. Today, he helps entrepreneurs and companies craft business plans, proposals, company profiles, and websites, empowering others to plant their own seeds of growth and success.
Beyond his business, Dlamini also shares his lessons as a public speaker. Upon invitation, he inspires audiences with his personal story and practical teachings on money, resilience, and entrepreneurship. Through both his work and his words, he continues to encourage people to invest their resources wisely, delay gratification, and build a foundation for abundance.
For Clement Dlamini, the teaching is clear: wealth is not about what you earn, but what you choose to grow.
