In his official communication, ENNA Secretary General Nkabinde Shabalala emphasized the significance of this moment: “This important series serves as a key step towards our participation in the Netball World Cup. Together, let us support and rally behind our men’s netball team as they strive to achieve excellence on the international stage.”

The launch of the men’s team is not only about competition but also about expanding opportunities in a sport traditionally dominated by women. With this bold stride, Eswatini positions itself among progressive nations pioneering men’s netball development.

As the players prepare to face Zimbabwe, excitement is building both within the netball fraternity and across the nation. The series is expected to be fiercely contested, but for Eswatini, the greater victory lies in breaking new ground and writing history for the sport.
