Africa-Press – Eswatini. Eswatini Mobile has activated its network in Dvokolwako, ensuring that residents will no longer experience connectivity problems.The launch took place on Friday, August 15, 2025.
The company distributed food parcels and clothing to needy families as part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Nosipho Xaba, Senior Head of Commercials at Eswatini Mobile, said the company was proud to give back to communities that continue to support their services. “We are pleased to inform the people of Dvokolwako that the glitches in our network have been resolved. We promise that you will no longer face problems with connectivity,” she said.
This is not the first time the company has extended a helping hand. As previously reported in this publication on May 26, 2025, Eswatini Mobile donated food and clothing to SKOM residents ahead of its vibrant Siyabangena roadshow at the Zam-Zam complex. That initiative marked the beginning of a new Corporate Social Investment (CSI) tradition, with every roadshow now set to include a community upliftment activity.
Residents welcomed the gesture. Winile Maphanga, representing Bucopho, applauded Eswatini Mobile for both improving the network and supporting vulnerable households. “This assistance will go a long way. I believe that next time, even more families will benefit. The joy on the faces of the recipients speaks for itself,” she said.
The beneficiaries expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support. Ndumiso Lukhele, one of the recipients, said the food parcels brought real relief to struggling families and showed that Eswatini Mobile truly cares for emaSwati. Others echoed the sentiment, saying the assistance came at a critical time and brought hope to their households.
