Africa-Press – Eswatini. The country’s newest FINTECH Company Instacash has continued with its support towards developing football in the country.
The company announced a E50 000-sponsorship for the Women Football knockout tournament at Sigwaca House last night.
This comes after their recent sponsorship to the four regional football associations.
The sponsorship presentation for the inaugural top eight competition was held at Sigwaca House last night.
Instacash Commercial Manager Bongani Dube, who represented Managing Director Mandla ‘Cheeks Nxumalo, said they were excited about the new partnership with the Eswatini Women Football Association.
“We are pleased with the partnership with the Women Football Association which we believe will contribute towards women empowerment. This is also a way of giving back to the community,” he said.
Eswatini Football Association President ‘Peter’ Samora Simelane thanked the company for the kind gesture.
“We are grateful for the sponsorship and I therefore, urge teams to work together in promoting the sponsor and further protect its brand by upholding good behaviour during the games,” he said.
Meanwhile, EWFA Chairman Bongikhosi Mhlanga appreciated the sponsorship which he said would uplift the standard of the sport.
“We are grateful for this sponsorship and we promise to market your brand as an association,” he said.
