Africa-Press – Eswatini. Jabez School of Excellence continues to display its academic prowess as it obtained an outstanding performance in the Grade 12 IEB/ISC Matric results.

The school obtained a 97.3 pass rate (36 out of 37) in the Independent Examinations Board (IEB)/International Secondary Certificate (ISC) results, which were released last night. According to the Head teacher of the school, Linda Singano, the remarkable achievement was testament to the relentless efforts of the educators at Jabez School of Excellence, who have consistently strived for academic excellence.

She said the school had maintained exceptional academic results over the years, propelling it from humble beginnings to being an educational powerhouse in the region. Singano said the school celebrated its 20th year of existence in 2023 and a decade of successfully participating in IEB/ISC matric exams. She expressed her delight in the school’s growth and stated that as an institution, they were getting stronger and better with time, much like fine wine.

“The year 2023 was truly a blessed year for us, as we wrote success stories, not only in academics, but also in the sports field,” the head teacher said.

She said among the outstanding achievers was Shannita Horton, who stood out as a self-driven learner, achieving an impressive four distinctions and four Bs. Singano said others who excelled include Joseph Inungu with three distinctions and B+, Jeremie Inungu with three distinctions and B+, Bradley Pierce with two distinctions.

She said others included Nabonkosilenhle Lukhele, Milenhle Dlamini, Sivikelwe Bhembe, Sibane Dlamini, Zamandlovu Dlakudze, Bongeka Khumalo, Simphiwe Khumalo, Bagcinile Mhlongo, Clio Nkambule, Nomhle Nkumane, Vulelo Nxumalo, Silungiselelwe Phiri, Tematimandze Shongwe, Lwandise Shongwe and Mncedisi Sigwane as they all achieved highly in their respective subjects. On the other hand, the school’s Business Manager Carla Jele expressed her gratitude to the entire school community for their collective effort and determination.She affirmed the school’s commitment to maintaining such exceptional results and promised to continue nurturing and guiding pupils toward academic success.

Jele said Jabez School of Excellence remained a beacon of educational achievement, consistently producing well-rounded individuals who excelled not only academically, but also in various aspects of life. She said as an institution, they looked forward to many more years of success and growth, building on its legacy of excellence in education. Moreover, the head teacher said parents could come to collect the results at school, starting from today. She said they would open today for admissions and other enquiries. Meanwhile, she said they would open for learners on January 16, 2024.
