Africa-Press – Eswatini. Mangaliso Magagula,the President of the Law Society of Eswatini(LSE) has been found guilty of contempt of court.
The judgement was delivered by Judge Titus Mlangeni on Friday and, Magagula will appear in court again for mitigation before being sentenced.
The lawyer has been found guilty of undermining the authority of the court when filing court papers for his client Big Tree Complex owner Issufomia Issufo Calu, the Director of Ncamase Investments (Pty) Ltd in that, he labelled court proceedings “a secret meeting”.
