Africa-Press – Eswatini. King Mswati’s newly opened Magomba Coal Mine is allegedly failing to pay suppliers and sub-contractors.

As a result, the sub-contractors told that, they have given the company until Monday to pay otherwise, operations will be halted.

“On Monday we might halt operations if they don’t pay”, said a businessman who attended a meeting inside the Coal Mine where suppliers discussed a way forward.

Efforts to reach the Management for a comment proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.

The Magomba Mine was recently opened by Mswati, the King owns shares.
