Africa-Press – Eswatini. King Mswati says Government must work towards constructing new houses for Members of Parliament (MPs) next to the House of Legislature.
Addressing the Nation when delivering the Speech from the Throne in Parliament -Lobamba on Friday, the King “applauded MPs for the good work they are doing for the country,” he then emphasized the importance of ensuring that they have houses so that, they can have more time to rest, without driving long distances.
“The work of our Parliamentarians requires long hours, compelling them to be in close proximity to Parliament so that decision-making is swift and our implementation turnaround meets our expectations,” said the King.
