Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Manzini Municipal Council, has expressed gratitude to residents, stakeholders, and property owners for their warm cooperation in the ongoing 2025 Integrated Labour Force Survey (LFS) which was started by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in collaboration with the Central Statistical Office.
The survey began on July 14, 2025 and runs until December 31, 2025, is being conducted in partnership with the Central Statistical Office to collect and analyse key labour market data. The findings will help shape policies that promote economic growth, job creation, and improved social protection.
Manzini officials said the positive reception from households has been instrumental in making the fieldwork smooth and effective. Enumerators easily recognised by their green T-shirts with the government emblem and official identification cards have been welcomed into homes, allowing them to gather accurate information for the benefit of the entire country.
“We appreciate the understanding and cooperation shown by the Manzini community,” the municipal spokesperson said. “Every response contributes to policies that will improve livelihoods and create opportunities for all citizens” he added.
Residents are encouraged to continue engaging with the survey teams to ensure that Manzini’s voice is fully represented in shaping Eswatini’s labour market future.
