Africa-Press – Eswatini. Manzini Nazarene High School has been announced as the best performing school in the 2025 Form 5 results, according to Minister of Education and Training Owen Nxumalo.
Announcing the results at the Ministry boardroom on Friday, February 6, 2026, Minister Nxumalo applauded the top-performing schools in the Manzini region for their outstanding achievements. He noted that Manzini Nazarene High School achieved a credit pass rate of 82.2%, earning the top spot.
While the minister did not disclose credit pass rates for the other schools, he highlighted the second best performing school as St Michael’s High School, also in Manzini. The third best was KaBoyce High School, followed by Ngomane High School in fourth place. The top 10 schools in order are:

A total of 23 157 candidates registered for the 2025 EGCSE examination, with 396 absentees, reflecting an increase from 20 207 candidates in 2024. Of these, 17 558 candidates were enrolled in the five-year high school programme, 2 529 in the four-year programme, and 3 070 were private candidates.
In terms of overall performance, the national pass rate for 2025 stands at 89.38%, up slightly from 89.23% in 2024, representing a 0.15% improvement.
Minister Nxumalo congratulated all schools and learners for their dedication, highlighting the significance of continuous improvement and academic excellence in shaping Eswatini’s future.
