Africa-Press – Eswatini. Grab the chance to perform at the MTN Bushfire Bring Your Fire Zone by entering the Music & Conscious Rap Competition 24, which will be held at Alliance Francaise de Mbabane on March 23.
The programme of the day will include live performances, an activity zone, and handcraft markets. Food and drink stalls will also be available. The programme will begin at 12pm, but the competition will start at 2:30pm with a poetry competition. The singing competition is scheduled for 3:45pm, and the rap slam jam will be at 4:30pm. Lyrikal Buster is set to perform at 5:15pm. Entry is free.
The applications for the competition are now open. The competition is open to musicians, poets, and rappers. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and have performed in front of an audience. The registration fee is E100.
The Alliance Française Mbabane posted about the talent competition, which will see the winner perform at MTN Bushfire Bring Your Fire Zone, yesterday. It is worth mentioning that the 17th edition of the MTN Bushfire Festival is scheduled to take place at Malandela in Malkerns on May 31– June 2, 2024.
The registration deadline for the competition is March 19. Only the first 15 to register and pay will be considered. No late registration or registration on the day of the competition will be accepted. Five contestants are required for each category.
