NINE PUPILS TOP 2025 FORM 5 NATIONAL RESULTS

Africa-Press – Eswatini. Nine pupils have achieved first position in the 2025 Form 5 results, announced this morning by Minister of Education and Training Owen Nxumalo.

This year was historic, as for the first time the ministry administered two cohorts for the same EGCSE/EPCSE examinations: one cohort enrolled in the four-year accelerated high school programme, and the other in the five-year standard programme.

The nine top-performing students, who topped all learners in the country, each attained five A* grades. They come from seven different schools, with two each from Evelyn Baring High School and St Mark’s High School, and one from five other schools.

The first position winners are:

Phiwakwandze Simelane – Evelyn Baring High School

Sebenele Lungiswa Gadlela – Evelyn Baring High School

Precious Senelisiwe Vilakati – Mankayane High School

Nkosimlondile Sinethemba Magagula – St Mark’s High School

Sinethemba Mhlanga – St Mark’s High School

Nolwethu Nkambule – St Francis High School

Cebiswa Phumla Nkambule – Dwalile High School

Lindokuhle Lindelwa Sihlongonyane – Siphocosini High School

Jason Andiswa Simelane – Ngomane High School

Second position was secured by eight learners:

Terence Siyabonga Chibi – Evelyn Baring High School

Abahle Khulani Dlamini – Evelyn Baring High School

Sihle Takhona Nsibande – St Mark’s High School

Malwande Mphilwenhle Mamba – St Mark’s High School

Velile Nosiviwe Sibandze – St Mark’s High School

Luphawu Silungiselwe Nhlengetfwa – St Francis High School

Thembela Msizi Khumalo – Mayiwane High School

Bongiswa Simelane – Madlangemphisi High School

Third position was attained by six learners from various schools:

Pearl Sinethemba Mabuza – Mhlatane High School

Decent Ntando Dlamini – St Francis High School

Angie Sandziswa Mlotsa – Mhlume High School

Nontsetselelo Nosipho Shongwe – Londinduma High School

Mkhululi Bongumusa Dlamini – Hawane High School

Nkosilenhle Mayenziwe Vilakati – Charles Wesley High School

Minister Nxumalo congratulated all top performers and highlighted that the results reflect hard work, dedication, and the effectiveness of both the accelerated and standard high school programmes. He urged all learners to continue striving for excellence and expressed pride in the achievements of the nation’s youth.
