The invitation was extended on June 9, 2025 at Royal Villas by Mozambique’s President Daniel Chapo. This was during the meeting between President Chapo and the business professionals from Eswatini (Business Eswatini) and Mozambique (Confederation of Private Sectors and Economic Association of Mozambique).

All these things could be used to produce electricity in a way that could be friendly to the environment. He also mentioned that they had plans of building power stations to produce more energy so that they could supply electricity to many countries in the SADC region, including Eswatini.
He said they wanted to construct a 540MW power plant in Inhambane, which could also be beneficial to Eswatini and other SADC countries.

He said South Africa, for instance, had more than 500 golf courses, with Eswatini also having many of them. However, Mozambique only has one golf course, which was also not fully developed.
He emphasised on Mozambique having one, provoking laughter from the people who were listening. He said Mozambique had a lot to learn from Eswatini in that aspect so that businesspeople could be able to network, enhancing improved production from their businesses.
Chapo stated that businesspeople did not like networking in only one golf course, hence the need to develop many of them in Mozambique.
He called upon the Confederation of Private Sectors and Economic Association of Mozambique (CTA) to work together with BE to ensure that businesspeople from Eswatini were able to make use of the opportunities presented to them by Mozambique.
The president said together, these two countries could be able invest and produce more in the fields of agriculture, transport, education, and in other fields, stating that the two countries could learn from each other in this aspect.
