Prince Lindani Urges Apology for Mp'S Release

Africa-Press – Eswatini. Prince Lindani, the appointed Member of Parliament(MPs) who doubles as a secret royal Intelligence Agent in Parliament, allegedly sent a team of MPs to Matsapha Prison to try and convince convicted pro-democracy MP Mduduzi Bacede Mabuza to consider apologizing to King Mswati and be released.

MP Prince Lindani, is an alleged Intelligence Officer in Parliament tasked with secretly monitoring pro-democracy MPs inside Parliament and immediately report to his father-King Mswati.

It has been disclosed that, the Inter-Parliamentary Union(IPU) and international human rights organizations, have been putting pressure on the eSwatini regime to release MPs Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube however, the undemocratic Tinkhundla regime developed a strategy to release them based on their own apology so that King Mswati cannot not be seen bowing to growing international pressure.

MP Mthandeni Dube has been released after apologizing to the King, he was charged with terrorism and murder but released a few months after his politically motivated conviction.

But a family member close to MP Bacede Mabuza told this week that, the MPs have been frequenting Matsapha Prison and when this publication verified the information through the Visitors Book, it was discovered that, even Speaker Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza visited the convicted MP a few weeks ago, the eSwatini Parliament Speaker is a brother to MP Bacede Mabuza.

“It’s true that the MPs visited Bacede in prison but he is of the view that, he must be released through the courts as he filed an appeal against his conviction. He has been informed by the Court Registrars that his appeal will be heard by the Supreme Court early next year, so we are hoping that Judges will correct the unjust conviction,” said one the convicted MPs relatives.

Baphele Kunene, the Deputy Spokesperson of the Correctional Services had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

Mduduzi Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube were arrested merely for demanding democracy but, the King released Dube who apologized and Mabuza is still behind bars.

Reached for comments by this publication on Thursday afternoon, Wandile Dludlu, the Deputy President of eSwatini’s main liberation movement-the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) wondered why the convicted MP who “is a victim of royalty’s abuse of the Judiciary” be forced to apologize.

“MP Bacede Mabuza is in jail because royalty abuses the Judiciary as a weapon to victimize political dissent. So how and why should the subject of victimization be pressured to apologize having done absolutely nothing wrong in all respects, these MPs think with their stomachs clearly,” said the PUDEMO Deputy President.
