Africa-Press – Ethiopia. The African Development Bank Board of Directors and officials of Ethiopia’s Ministry of Agriculture have exchanged views on ways to further strengthening development partnership and cooperation on agricultural sector.
The officials of the ministry have briefed members of the delegation about the development activities being carried out in Ethiopia in the areas of wheat irrigation schemes, livestock development, the Green Legacy Initiative and other related projects.
The discussion has focused on ways to strengthening the support being provided by the Bank to agricultural development activities in Ethiopia.
The two sides have also exchanged views in order to further strengthen agricultural development projects commenced with the support of the Bank, according to Ministry of Agriculture.
