Africa-Press – Ghana. Members of Fidelity Bank Toastmasters Clubs delivered outstanding performances at the 2025 Toastmasters District 94 Conference in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire.

Two representatives from the clubs advanced to the final stage after a strong showing at the divisional level in Ghana.

Mr Benjamin Addo of Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters competed in the Table Topics Contest, while Mr Esteban David King of Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters participated in the International Speech Contest.

Mr Addo placed third in the District 94 Table Topics Contest, a highly competitive impromptu speaking category. His eloquence and quick thinking earned him regional recognition, bringing great pride to Fidelity Bank and Ghana.

The achievement follows last year’s representation of Ghana by Fidelity Toastmasters members in Abuja, Nigeria, demonstrating the bank’s commitment to leadership development.

In total, ten members from Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters and Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters Clubs participated in the conference, which Fidelity Bank proudly sponsored.

Delegates engaged in educational workshops, high-impact networking sessions, and a gala dinner, enhancing leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Beyond individual successes, Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters received the President’s Distinguished Club Award, the highest recognition for a Toastmasters club.

Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters also earned the Distinguished Club Award, marking significant growth, performance, and member engagement.

Mr Atta Yeboah Gyan, Deputy Managing Director, Operations and Support Functions at Fidelity Bank, said the achievements reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.

“This achievement is not just a win for the individuals or the clubs, but a clear demonstration of what is possible when a corporate institution believes in its people,” he stated.

“At Fidelity, we don’t just develop bankers. We nurture leaders, speakers, and changemakers.”

He congratulated the team members for their remarkable contributions and for proudly representing Ghana at the event.
