Africa-Press – Kenya. Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale on Friday hosted Netherlands ambassador to Kenya Maarten Brouwer.
The two met at the Defence headquarters in Nairobi and discussed ways of deepening relations between the two countries.
“The two discussed a wide range of issues of defence cooperation for the sake of peace, security and stability of the two countries,” a statement dispatched by the Defence Ministry said.
Duale said the two nations “enjoy cordial bilateral relations dating back to pre-independence”.
They further explored areas of convergence and possible future partnerships and collaboration for the benefit of citizens of the two countries.
