Africa-Press – Kenya. ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs CS Joe Mucheru has asked exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna and his counterpart Ahmednasir Abdullahi to focus on their jobs.
Mucheru’s remarks follow a spate of accusations mounted on him by the two lawyers.
He insisted that the two should stick to their professions, reminding them that they also have a big day coming at the Supreme Court, ahead of the presidential petition.
“I think lawyers Miguna Miguna and Ahmednasir Abdullahi should stick to their profession. Always Mucheru this Mucheru that, don’t you have your own lawyers to deal with? It’s your big day at the Supreme Court tomorrow, Focus! or are you going to be spectators like me?” he posed.
Miguna had claimed that the CS was being used by President Uhuru Kenyatta to have fake forms 34A on the IEBC portal.
He alleged that this would be used in the presidential petition as grounds to nullify William Ruto’s win in the August 9, general election.
In another post, Miguna accused Mucheru of attempts to hack the IEBC system.
