Abdulswamad Nassir of ODM has been declared the winner of the Mombasa governor race.
The elections were held on Monday after IEBC postponed the polls twice.
Nassir garnered 119,083 votes against his closest rival, former Mombasa senator Hassan Omar of UDA who balloted 98,105.
The results were announced by Mombasa county IEBC returning officer Swalha Yussuf at the county tallying center situated at the Kenya School of Government (KSG) Mombasa.
