Africa-Press – Kenya. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has congratulated Brazilian President Lulu da Silva on his victory. In a statement on Monday, Mudavadi acknowledged the diplomatic relationship between Kenya and Brazil.
He added that the relations have led to a significant expand of the countries’ bilateral ties. “I want to congratulate President Lulu for his victory and wish the people of Brazil and his government well during his tenure in power,” he said.
The PCS was in Brazil for the inauguration of Lulu, on January 1, representing President William Ruto. Lulu, who assumed the office for the third term, won the October 2022 elections, against Jair Bolsonaro. He was accompanied by his wife Tessy Mudavadi and the Kenyan ambassador to Brazil, H.E. Lemarron Kama.
